READ ON!Kick off the start of the Joliet Taco Trail at Salsa Fest. Head to Downtown Joliet on Friday, June 9th, for a night of free salsa tastings, unique menu items, margarita trucks, and salsa dancing. The purpose of this event is not only to celebrate the taco trail but to highlight many of the restaurants in the Joliet area.
In addition to having delicious Mexican food and great salsa, the fest will have bilingual DJ entertainment, Salsa dancers, dancing instructions, and a live band. The Salsa Fest will be located in the Chicago Street Parking lot and will run from 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm. The fest is still accepting applications for sponsorship opportunities and food and vendors.
