Pollyanna Brewing
Lemont, IL

Lemont 150
Euro Pale Lager - 4.8%

This week is the official release of Pollyanna's "Lemont 150" Euro Pale Lager brewed to commemorate their hometown of Lemont's 150th Anniversary!

Available only in Lemont for now, this 4.8% ABV crusher of a lager was brewed with the finest European Pilsner malts as well as some local Midwestern corn. A kiss of Saaz, Spalter, and Tettnang hops keep this interesting while remaining easy drinking and crisp.

A portion of all proceeds for this lager will go towards Downtown Lemont's new Village Green Park. This is certainly a worthwhile lager for a milestone anniversary! Whatever your language happens to be in Lemont, join Pollyanna in a toast to this remarkable little town. Cheers!

Malt Shoppe
Vanilla Cream Ale on Nitro - 5%

Velvety • Vanilla • Nostalgia

Malt Shoppe, a Nitro Cream Ale infused with luscious vanilla, is a liquid poem to simpler times. With its creamy texture and smooth finish, it takes you back to the golden era of the 1950s, when milkshakes, jukeboxes, and sock hops ruled the day. The gentle velvety richness of the nitro pour is like a whispered promise of indulgence, while the subtle sweetness of the vanilla tantalizes the senses. It's the perfect companion for a sunny afternoon on the front porch, a stroll through the park, or a leisurely drive down Route 6. The Malt Shoppe is nostalgia in a glass, a taste of the past that lingers on the palate and in the heart.

Coming soon to all locations for the summer. On tap NOW at The Lone Buffalo in Ottawa, IL!

Chip Monk
Belgian Tripel - 9.6%, 25.1 IBU

Chip Monk is back on tap - the first brew from Hickory Creek's new location!

A tripel is a modern version of the beer that Trappist monks first brewed in Belgian abbeys more than 200 years ago.

Brewed with Continental pilsner malt, Belgian candi sugar, and spicy yeast, this deep golden-colored ale has a distinctive banana aroma and hints of clove. Packs a deceptive punch with a high ABV content.

Surf Chicago
Hazy IPA - 6.3%

Surf Chicago is back at Nik & Ivy!

Grab your surfboard and head to the beach! This hazy IPA is loaded with Citra, Mosaic, and Wai-iti hops giving it a blast of tropical fruit vibes. Catch waves of pineapple, mango, orange, lime, and fresh berries. Just remember to bring a wetsuit, the lake gets a bit chilly this time of year.

Note from Nik & Ivy: This description was made in the winter of 2020, when the waves in Lake Michigan were so big that people were legit surfing in Chicago… In winter…. Surf Chicago!!
